Rates
Our rates are based on four seasons with Spring and
Fall having the same rate. The following table
provides the rates for the 2011--2012 seasons.
These are base rates and do not include the 13% tax or
$50 house cleaning fee.

To calculate total cost of your visit use this
method > base rate x num. days (or wks) x
1.13 (tax) + $50 (HC fee)
Example for 3 day Spring stay:
$110 x 3 x 1.13 + $50 = $422.90
Example for 1 week Spring stay: $655 x 1 x
1.13 + $50 = $790.15
Reservations:
Reservations are required. During
the Summer Season, we accept weekly reservations
only. The week runs from Sunday to Sunday with
check in at
4:00pm and check out at 11:00am . There
may be times (during the summer) when a
week is vacant and daily (min 3 nights) will be
accepted on a case by case basis. Just
give us a call and we'll let you know current
availability. During Winter Spring and
Fall, daily reservations (2 night minimum) are
accepted.
Short Term Reservations: Have you decided on
a "spur of the moment" summer season trip?
If your desired week is open, we offer discounts
for reservations made within two weeks of your arrival
date. All terms and conditions apply, you just
get your trip for less $$ and we get a customer.
Call or e-mail to take advantage of this offer.
Returning Customer Reservations: If you have
visited us before, we'd like to say thanks.
Please contact us for discounts available to return
visitors.
Do you have a Facebook page? Become a fan of
our page and get a 5% discount on base rental
rates. To find our page type "Tybee

block.

to
Reserve Your Trip:
Important
Note:
If
you e-mail us please
include a contact phone number
to provide another method of communication.
We
have experienced some of our outgoing mail being
placed into "spam folders". If this
occurs, you may think we haven't answered your
requests. We will only use the phone to notify
you of our e-mail replies if there is a mail
communication problem.
1st:
Call
(706-533-6552) or e-mail (tybeecottage@gmail.com)
to
see that your desired visit dates are available
and open for rental. You may also check our
calendar. Click
here for calendar. Be aware that
cancellations and last minute bookings do occur so
even if a time appears occupied or open, a quick phone
call to double check can avoid confusion. Click

2nd:
Secure
your reservation/damage binder by credit card number.
You may do this by phone. Do
not send credit card information by e-mail.
E-mail is not a secure method to transmit this
information.
3rd:
Print, fill out, and mail the Vacation Rental
Agreement/Contract. Click

If
you prefer, we can send you an e-mail with an Adobe
(.pdf) file or mail you a hard copy. Return the
filled out and signed copy, along with your preferred
method of payment, within 10 days and your vacation is
